Artists' Village is a proposed Mixed-Use Commercial and Multifamily Development for Frankfort, Illinois. The residential portion includes 42 Duplex units and 16 Rowhouse units. Rowhouse units are in groups of 4 per building, and each unit includes a garage and ground level garden/courtyard.

Commercial structures include 2-story, 8,900 square foot buildings, 1-story, 4,800 square foot and 12,900 square foot buildings. The final major component of this land plan is open space; sculpture gardens, parks, detention ponds, wetland detention, new and existing treelines are blended within the developed space to create a comfortable neighborhood setting.
