COMMUNITY PARK MASTER PLAN
MUNSTER, IN

Linden Group, in coordination with Robinson Engineering completed a preliminary master plan design for the Town of Munster’s Community Park.  The Plan will be implemented in phases consistent with Munster’s annual budget.  Phase I will address the park’s immediate needs such as storm drainage and roadway improvements.  Later phases will improve ball field sport court layouts, and add necessary built structures such as concessions, toilets, storage, a new social center, and updated indoor athletic facilities.  To preserve the park’s existing character, an extensive tree survey was completed to determine which species and individual trees to save and which to remove.
