LINDENGROUP embraces sustainable design practices and is dedicated to providing leadership in the growing field of environmental design. In July of 2009 we relocated our headquarters to a LEED Silver Certified Building in Orland Park, IL and have recently achieved our first project LEED Certification for Centennial Park in Munster, Indiana. This 250 acre landfill reclamation open space project has become a regional destination in Northwest Indiana. Currently, we are designing a residence in northern Indiana to LEED Platinum specifications.

Our experience with the LEED certification process has given us an understanding of cost effective green building strategies that can be implemented into your project.  These potential green design strategies include storm water management, waste management, utilizing environmentally conscious materials, recycled products, reflective roofing products, low flow plumbing fixtures, an efficient HVAC concept, and more that can be discussed during the design phase of your project.
