Flossmoor Country Club looked to Linden group to centralize leisure activities at the club. Linden Group relocated their tennis facility and built new amenities adjacent to their existing pool. The plan included an outdoor patio bar, a 5,000 square foot pool house with lockers, guard room, laundry, concessions, tennis proshop, and multipurpose room. The plan creates a more communal connection between tennis courts and pool. It also opens views from club parking to the recreation areas, giving the club entrance a 'resort-like' appearance. Additional enhancements to the site include renovation of trash / receiving area, relocation of caddy shack, and reorientation of entrance drive.
