Located on the south shore of Lake Maxinkuckee this lake home design reaches out to the lake by utilizing an existing boat house structure that is grandfathered with a reduced lake set back.  The new house connects to the existing boat house and lake with a series of patios and decks that offer the ultimate Lake Side outdoor and indoor living space.  Covered decks and patios offer areas where you can get shelter from the hot sun but still enjoy the fresh lake air.  Glass is the material of choice with no exception.   The lake side elevation utilizes large areas of glass to capture daylight and every view.
