glendale medical center

The Glendale Medical Center was in need of providing additional medical office space to service the local community. Linden Group worked with Glendale Medical and their Pediatric and OB-GYN tenants to develop a new 8,500 square foot annex building with two individual suites specifically designed to meet the needs of each of their practices. The successful completion of this project has led to the redevelopment of the existing medical office building and has attracted new tenants to the existing building.
