STEVEN FRANCIS

PRINCIPAL

Steven has been a vital team member with the firm since the group’s inception in 1978.  Steven has had the opportunity to be involved with projects ranging from: land planning, single-family homes and townhomes, to mid-rise condominiums, commercial structures, and industrial buildings.

Steven’s background and education in engineering has enabled him to envision and design the necessary technical elements of complex projects while focusing on value for the client and end user.  He also serves as Linden Group’s head of Information Technology maintaining all electronic systems for our operations and web presence. 

Steven feels close consideration of clients’ needs, expectations, and aesthetic vision has set Linden Group apart from other firms over many decades. 

Steven is a graduate of Purdue University, School of Engineering, with a Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering.
