DAVID ROSENSTEIN

PRINCIPAL

David Rosenstein is a Principal in charge of Linden Group’s division of Healthcare Planning and Design. He oversees our expanding project base in healthcare related projects, including hospital facility renovations, medical and dental office buildings, and medical, dental, and diagnostic suite build-outs. Having joined Linden Group in 1986 as a project architect, he has over 35 years of practical experience in the Chicago area designing commercial, institutional, multi-family, mixed-use, and industrial projects.

David is also the leader of Linden Group’s production and quality assurance department. As the production team leader, he is responsible for office scheduling and the smooth transition of projects from initial design concept through design development and into construction documents. The balance of design with cost effective solutions is part of David’s formula for a successful project.

David graduated from Washington University in St. Louis with a B.A. in Architecture and an M.A. in Architecture.  He is a Registered Architect, licensed in the State of Illinois.
